The Cathedral is dedicated to St. Matthew, Patron saint of Asiago. It was a simple but elegant buiding and also the most important church in the centre of the town. It was completely destroyed during the Strafexpedition, along with the other buildings overlooking the main square. It was rebuilt in 1926 with some extensions but respecting the original features such as the external walls covered with pink Asiago marble. The Croce Bianca Hotel was a historic hotel frequented by wealthy tourists even before the First World War. It was destroyed during the Strafexpedition: look at the photo and you can see the wrought hotel iron sign. It was rebuilt in 1920 and classified as "Historical Residence", The Hotel Croce Bianca is one of the most famous and fascinating buildings in Asiago for its Liberty style and original decorative elements, which were preserved during the reconstruction after the Great War. The Asiago railway station was inaugurated on February 10, 1910, when the first train left from Asiago along the Asiago-Piovene Rocchette line. This 22 km railway line was used to transport goods, passengers and even the first tourists. The building, which hosted the station , was built in Austrian style. During the war it was completely destroyed and burnst by enemys’ bomb who intended to block the transport of supplies for the Italian army from the plain to the plateau. After the end of the war it was immediately rebuilt in the original Austrian style, but it discontinued service in 1958. Today it is the bus station.

La Cattedrale è dedicata a San Matteo, Santo patrono di Asiago. È stato un semplice ma elegante edificio, il più importante in centro città. È stato completamente distrutto durante la Strafexpedition, insieme ad altri edifici sulla stessa piazza principale.
È stato ricostruito nel 1926 con alcune modifiche ma rispettando le caratteristiche originali come la copertura esterna in marmo rosa di Asiago.

Era un Hotel storico frequentato da turisti benestanti anche prima della Prima Guerra Mondiale.
È stato distrutto durante la Strafexpedition: guardando la foto si può vedere l'insegna in ferro dell'Hotel distrutta. È stato ricostruito nel 1920 e classificato come "Residenza Storica".
L'Hotel croce bianca è uno dei più famosi e affascinanti edifici di Asiago, per il suo stile Liberty e i suoi elementi decoratovi originali che sono stati ricostruiti dopo la guerra.

La stazione di Asiago è stata inaugurata il 10 Febbraio 1910 quando arrivò il primo treno da Piovene Rocchette.
Questi 22 chilometri di ferrovia sono stati usati per le merci, i passeggeri e anche i primi turisti. L'edificio che ospita la stazione è stato costruito in stile asburgico. Durante la guerra è stato completamente bruciato e distrutto dalle bombe nemiche che volevano bloccare il trasporto di aiuti alle truppe italiane dalla pianura all'altopiano.
Dopo la fine della guerra è stata ricostruita in perfetto stile asburgico ma cessó il servizio nell 1958: ora è diventata la stazione per i pullman.
